Returning an Item for an Online Store Credit

Items may be returned to us at Park Lane Design for an online store credit to the value of the item purchased. Shipping costs will not be included in the online store credit price unless the product is faulty. 

Please note returns must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery to be eligible for an online store credit. 

Faulty Item

Faulty items may be returned at any time, but obvious faults should be returned ASAP. A courier bag will be sent to you to return the item. A replacement item will be sent out to you.

If item is unavailable a full refund including shipping costs will be refunded to you.
