Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Park Lane Design website. By placing your order through the Park Lane Design website, you understand and agree that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.parklanedesign.co.nz website Terms, you may not use the Park Lane Design website.

Pricing and Payments

All product prices on the Park Lane Design website are stated in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs.

Full payment must be received before your order can sent. We accept payment by credit card.

We use Shopify Payments as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.
